Initial Context

This product can be used in any project and used as a tool for organizing, monitoring and estimation. It is a prerequisite to planning the same project, in which starting from the definition of project objectives, it si wanted to have a representation of human and material resources.

Result Context

The project manager will get a hierarchical representation where it has represented the human, material, responsibilities, etc. of the project.

The project manager will be able to show graphically the human project organization, maximizing the use of the expertise of the available staff and reflect the structure of material resources to the project and its associated costs.
